From the front lines to leadership consulting
After two decades in law enforcement, leading diverse teams including SWAT, narcotics, and human trafficking units, I honed my leadership skills in high-stakes environments where results were paramount. My extensive experience in developing leaders, teaching tactics, and mastering management techniques was forged in real-world situations. With a BA in Psychology and an MBA, I dedicated myself to continuously studying and applying leadership principles.
An injury sustained in the line of duty led to emergency back surgery and a challenging recovery. This pivotal moment, while difficult, ultimately opened the door to a new path. I persevered, deepening my understanding of leadership and building a successful real estate business. Now, as the founder of Forge Axis, I bring this wealth of experience and a personal mission to help others lead with impact. My journey underscores the core message I want to convey: resilience, continuous learning, and practical application are the cornerstones of true leadership.
